Ashion Whole Exome assays sequence and analyze more than 24,000 genes and millions of genomic alterations in tumor and germline genomes, including insertions, deletions, single nucleotide variants, fusions, splice variants, and amplifications. These tests use DNA and RNA materials from patients' tumors or biopsies (Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded samples, bone marrow aspirates, tumor frozen biopsies,...) and saliva.
